Who supplies J&J's roofing products?
Beacon Building Supply. We primarily use Certainteed Products.

Is J&J licensed & insured?
Yes, we are licensed and insured. Please see the footer on each page of our website for more information.

Does J&J work on cedar shake, slate, or rubber roofs?
We remove Cedar Shake but we do not install it. We do NOT work on Slate. We DO work on rubber.

Does J&J do work on commercial properties?
If it is Shingle Roofing, yes.

What are my payment & financing options?
We accept all Credit Cards and we also offer Financing. Click here to learn more.

Do I have to be present for an appointment for an estimate?
We would prefer that you are home so we can discuss all options in person.

How long has J&J been in business?
We have been dedicated to our customers for 30 years!

Is J&J open year-round?
We work year-round. We do adhere to safety concerns when it comes to weather and will not work when weather is inclement and unsafe. (For instance, extreme hot and cold temperatures.)

Do our crews work on the weekends?
Sometimes. We do prefer for our crew to have the weekends with their families and to rest. However, if we need to finish a job that has been delayed due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will!

I have a leak in my roof. However, I can't get the repair done right now. Can J&J tarp the roof in the meantime?
Yes, we can tarp a roof.

Is J&J certified by the Better Business Bureau?
Yes, we have an A+ rating.
